I’m desperate for aerobic activity during COVID if only for the stress relief. I’m in desperate need of aerobic activity in general because of age and I immediately tossed running off the list because I’m too old. Perhaps I am not?! Curious how you started…did you do some kind of walk/run intervals or just go as far as you can and extend it each day, or something else?
