I am interested in your application of the roundtable process to virtual events – let me know how that works out. And thank you again for your contributions to EC²!

Circle formats always drew me in more than audience seating. Peer discussions have always been more engaging for me than even the best keynotes. Now I have a way to take that preference and apply it to a whole event. Suppliers and Event Planners attended EventCamp East Coast and I thought they were both well served by the networking opportunities that a peer to peer conference model offers. I know that they were engaged intellectually in the discussions. I would be amazed if people did not have several ah-hah moments during Andrea’s “Brain” session.I will be applying the “roundtable” to a virtual community and allowing virtual attendees to shape sessions onsite that are in line with live attendees interests. I will be able to better serve both live attendees and virtual attendees because of the learnings that I have taken away from that weekend. When I see and I do, I learn! There was a lot of seeing and doing at this event and I am a better human for it.Thank you,Cameron
