I’ve been trying to get my speaking career off the ground for a bit. I’d never thought about considering the maximum effective learning timeframe at all! Do you think you’d recommend frequent breaks or audience Q/A and discussion after every few points to maximize engagement? I’d love to improve in any and all ways I can. Much thanks,
